We strive to breed for feet & legs, udders and longevity.

We try to use bulls from extreme type cow families that have proven themselves

Feeding Program


Cows are fed a TMR consisting of 24# Alfalfa Haylage, 30# Corn Silage, 8 # of Shell Corn, and 1# of dry hay.

Then based on body condition, size, reproductive status, and production level they receive a top dress of 32% protein grain.

Summer time they are pastured all night with free choice 1st cutting hay. In the winter the cows are turned out for 2 hours of exercise and receive 1st cutting hay during the night.
